What attachments are included?

Theragun mini™ includes three attachments for a more personalized treatment.

• Dampener - Reduce aches and pains in tender or sensitive areas.
• Standard Ball - Reduce tension with an all-over body massage. 
• Thumb - Ease your lower back, trigger points and painful knots.  

Are the attachments from previous generations Theraguns compatible with Theragun mini™?

Theragun mini™ is compatible with attachments from all 4th and 5th generation Theraguns.

Turning on Your Device

1. To turn on, firmly press and the multi-functional power/speed button on the right side of the device.
2. Float the device across the areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed. 
3. Press the power/speed button again to toggle between 3 speeds. 
4. To turn of the Theragun mini, firmly press and hold the power/speed button until the device shuts off.

Connecting the Attachments

Ensure that your device is powered off before connecting or removing any attachments. Align the attachment with the tip of the arm and push to connect. To remove the attachment, hold the triangle grip with on hand, and the attachment with the other hand. Place one finger on each side of the plastic connector and firmly pull off the attachment. 

Charging and LED Indicator Guide

• The Theragun mini is USB-C enabled. For charging, after turning off the device, plug one end of the cable included in the package into your USB of choice and the other end to the device. 
• The LED light on the power/speed button will flash until fully charged. 
• Charging is complete when the LED light on the power/speed button is solid green. 
• Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED light of the power/speed button when the device is on. 
• To view battery level when the device is off, briefly press the power/speed button and the LED battery light will flash to indicate the battery level.
  • Flashing Orange: Low battery 
  • Flashing Blue: Half battery 
  • Flashing Green: High battery 
  • Solid Green Fully charged

Care and Cleaning

• The Theragun mini is NOT waterproof or machine washable. Do not allow any liquid or water to enter the device or charging port. 
• Ensure that the device is powered off before cleaning. 
• To clean, wipe the device surface with a disinfectant wipe to remove any residue. Ensure that the biometric sensor is clean for optimal scanning precision. 
• Once the device is residue-free, use a clean disinfectant wipe to thoroughly clean the device surface and attachments, wiping in a circular motion.
